ESA Pet is an online service designed to help eligible individuals navigate the issuance of PSD and ESA letters easily and in compliance. We connect users with licensed mental health professionals who can evaluate whether an emotional support animal or service animal may be appropriate for their needs under applicable federal and state requirements.
ESA Pet has a mission to provide educational resources to help people better understand rules, housing-related rights, and the difference between emotional support animals and service animals.
We believe this process should be straightforward, private, and grounded in legitimate professional evaluation, without confusion
and instant promises. ESA Pet documentation is issued by licensed professionals after an individualized evaluation and serves
customers nationwide (including PR).

We work with a network of licensed mental health professionals across all 50 US states and Puerto Rico who are experienced in evaluating our clients' emotional needs and ready to provide qualified assistance.
What We Do
We connect users with a licensed mental health professional in their jurisdiction to evaluate whether the individual has a qualifying condition and whether an ESA or PSD may be appropriate as part of their support needs. If approved, documentation is issued in accordance with the provider's assessment and applicable legal requirements.

Receive your ESA letter by email within 24-48 hours.
*Arkansas, California, Iowa, Louisiana, and Montana have a 30-day turnaround period as per state regulations.
