Biography

Since 2018, I have provided virtual therapy services to clients across Texas, offering compassionate, individualized support for a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns. I work with individuals, couples, and families, tailoring each session to help build confidence, foster self-understanding, and support the healing process.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Science in Human Services from Argosy University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space for meaningful growth.
